Alexi's Greek Cafe Reviews

Incredible food! Amazing prices and love supporting a small business that takes such pride in their work and craft.

Awesome, Awesome. Love this place, been coming since 2008. JORGE is awesome. Love him. The fresh food, clean place and sooooo cheap. So Thursday meatball soup. Weekends lemon soup( which I'd you live here, is the bomb, different but sooooo yummy).

Amazing food. Best falafel I've ever had. Prices are great. Salads are large and include a good amount of feta cheese! Bread is fresh. Staff is also amazing! What an incredible gem!

This place hs good reviews for a reason! They have different menus for lunch and dinner. They also have a lunch specials. 1. Spanakopita platter - came with a huge spinach and cheese pie, salad, pita and tzatziki sauce, this was a super hit with my group. Ordered it twice. 2. Falafel platter - came with a 5 falafels, salad, pita and tzatziki sauce, the falafel was not great, but was not bad at all! 3. Hummus - i have had better hummus, nonetheless it was good. The portions are huge for the prices. There's almost no place left that can give you such good quantity and taste for the price they are charging. It's a a steal deal. PS: was too hungry to take pictures

This place is dismal, but makes up for the lackluster ambiance with good food. I had a craving for Mediterranean food and was delighted by the vegetarian mousakka. It was layers of eggplant and zucchini topped with a creamy béchamel sauce. It was satisfying comfort food. My dinner came with rice and salad. The portions were large without being pricey. Service was quick. There were only two people working behind the counter. The server was stressed which was understandable since the small restaurant was starting to fill up and there were also customers calling in orders. If you are looking for a good value and aren't interested in pomp and circumstance, then this place is worth making a stop for if you're in Hillcrest.

George is the best :) I have probably gained a ton of weight eating here atleast once a week worth it!!
